Pricing — FAQ
Do buyers pay any fees?
No platform fee. Buyers pay the price of the goods, the shipping for their route and the estimated import duty — each shown as its own line at checkout, before payment.
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free for approved suppliers. Commission and the platform fee are only deducted when a sale completes.
How do I know what I will receive for a sale?
The listing form shows your payout per piece after commission and platform fee before you save a listing, so you can set your price with the fees in view.
Why is everything in US dollars?
One currency means the price you agree is the price that is charged and paid out, with no conversion surprises between buyer and supplier. The currency selector shows approximate conversions for browsing only.
What if an order is refunded?
If an order or part of it is refunded before the supplier is paid, the payout is reduced by the refunded amount. Where a refund is decided after payout, the amount may be deducted from the supplier's future payouts.
