How it works

A reviewed, inspected marketplace

Every deal follows the same protected flow — from listing review, through negotiation and payment, to hub inspection, cross-border delivery and payout.

Step by step

From a supplier's shelf to your store

  1. List your stock

Sellers add an exact lot or representative stock with photos, a walkthrough video, category, brand, condition and price.

  2. Listing review

BalePick reviews the seller's walkthrough video and photos before the listing is published.

  3. Go live

Only approved listings are published to the marketplace for buyers worldwide.

  4. Browse & negotiate

Buyers filter listings and make offers. Sellers accept, decline or counter — an accepted offer gives the buyer 48 hours to check out at the agreed price.

  5. Pay securely

The card is charged in USD at checkout, with items, shipping and estimated duty shown as separate lines. BalePick holds the payment — the seller isn't paid yet.

  6. Inspect, ship & get paid

Every order is inspected at a BalePick hub before it ships to the buyer. After delivery and the buyer's 5-day window to report a problem, the seller is paid in USD, minus commission and platform fee.

Questions

Buying on BalePick — FAQ

Is there a minimum order?

No. On a representative listing you choose how many pieces you want; an exact lot is sold whole, as one unit. You can combine listings from several suppliers in one cart.

What is the difference between an exact lot and a representative listing?

An exact lot is one specific lot — what you see in the photos and video is what you get. A representative listing shows a sample of a larger stock: the pieces you receive match the declared category, brands, size range and grade, but are not the exact pieces pictured.

What do the grades mean?

Grade A is excellent, with little to no visible wear; B is good, with light wear; C is worn, with visible flaws or repairs needed. Mixed lots are graded A/B, B/C or A/B/C. Each product page has a condition guide, and the grade is checked at our hub when your order is inspected.

How do offers work?

Make an offer from any product page. The supplier can accept, decline or counter. When an offer is accepted, the agreed price is held for you for 48 hours — check out within that time to buy at that price.

What will I pay, and in which currency?

Everything is charged in US dollars. At checkout you see the items, the shipping for your route and the estimated import duty as separate lines before you pay. Buyers pay no platform fee. You can switch the display currency for an approximate conversion while you browse.

What happens after I pay?

The supplier confirms your order and sends it to a BalePick hub. We inspect it against the listing, record photos and video in a QC report, and ship it on to you. You can follow each step on your order page.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Report it from your order page within 5 days of delivery, with photos or video. The supplier has 3 days to respond; if you cannot agree, BalePick decides. Your payment is held until the window closes, so a refund can be made to your card or as store credit.

Can I ask a supplier for something specific?

Yes. A handpick request asks a supplier to select a custom bundle for you — by category, brand, size range, grade and budget. Once you agree the selection, the bundle is reserved for you to buy.
